I had hail damage in town. I initially got an estimate by Geico which said repairs were ~3.5k. Brought the car to Dentagon who correctly estimated that the repairs would be a lot more. They negotiated with Geico on my behalf and set up all the repairs. Approximately a week later my car was good to go and they paid my deductible too (and gave me a refund as well). Excellent customer service and excellent repair work. If I get hail damage, I would 100% come back here in the future!

I can't recommend Dentagon highly enough if you live anywhere near Colorado Springs and are impacted by the frequent hail storms we receive here. After the most recent hail storm pummelled my truck, Dentagon got me in quickly and fixed every dent perfectly. Additionally, they fixed previous dings unrelated to the hail damage, made touch-up paint and filled rock chips that were previously in the paint, washed and waxed my truck, and took care of my deductible. Absolutely incredible service that cost me zero out of pocket! The whole Dentagon team is truly amazing and are the only ship I will ever use for dent removal If you have hail damage, don't risk getting repairs from the sleazy storm chasers that show up after every storm but disappear if you have problems down the road. I have never been so impressed with a hail repair shop! Everyone that I spoke to was extremely kind and professional. They fixed the hail damage on my 2020 STI, including replacing some trim pieces that had to be ordered, in a day and even put a wax on the exterior before returning it to me. What a great experience. We received hail damage in the Black Hills of South Dakota during the summer. I reported it to my insurance but my schedule made it tough to get an estimate. I finally visited a hail repair shop in Rapid City but couldn't get a time booked. I am so glad I waited until I visited Colorado Springs. I did a Google search and found Dentagon. Stopped in without an appointment and they were able to inspect the vehicle and get me an estimate by the end of the day. And it was $2000 LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE IN RAPID CITY! Plus they took care of all the insurance details and even helped me coordinate some paint repair work I had been hoping to get done. I highly recommend these guys.

Update: 10/22/2024 I had a dent on my brand new tesla's trunk, and Dentagon came through! I visited 2 shops near me (east springs) and was quoted $600 at first location and $400 at the second location. Because I was comfortable and happy previously with Dentagon's service, I went back for a final quote. I was quoted $250 for the dent and it was scheduled for within 7 days of the initial estimate. The dent repair took about 40 minutes, and my car looks brand new again. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and quality work as always! 2020: I had couple minor dents on my car that bothered me prior to wrapping my car. One on the passenger side front fender and one on my hood. These guys were busy, but greeted me in a welcoming manner and checked the dents. Without hesitation, they brought the tools outside the busy, packed shop, and fixed my dents right away for me in matter of minutes. It's usually $50 for a small dent, but they charged me $50 for both. They only take cash or check, and well I had neither with me.. it wasn't a problem for them at all. They told me to come back whenever I could and pay them. I went back the next day and paid them. Excellent service and excellent job.

I cannot rave about them enough! if you are ever in need this NEEDS to be your go to. I came to them with a real tough situation, leaving soon and needed the car to be repaired from hail damage in a tight turn around window. They absolutely delivered! After going around to get quotes, I had a horrible experience at another facility who kept saying they will total my car and get more money for keeping my car or something. Totalling my car was the absolute last thing I wanted as I just purchased my car a year prior. Excellent customer service, phenomenal communication, pricing was fair. (They also have an adorable 4 legged mascot who greets you at the door). This was my first claim ever and they made it so easy, explained it to me in a way that wasn't belittling or degrading (like other places near by), and were willing to go the extra mile. There were plenty of Auto Hail Repair places in town but I figured, since these guys have been around for a bit, I would check them out. I do not regret my decision because Lonnie took very good care of me and my car. He made the whole process simple and his teams work is phenomenal! They took 3 business days to complete which was way faster than what was estimated, keep in mind that my car had some light dents that probably took little effort to fix. I highly recommend Dentagon and will definitely come back when mother nature decides to be a karen.

I took my Tacoma to get it repaired due to hail. The whole staff is super friendly made this experience painless. It did take about a month to get an appointment but once they got my truck in it took only 10 days to get it back. They did such an amazing job and I’m so glad I brought my truck here to get the hail repaired.

One of your drivers in a small silver truck was driving like a maniac at a dangerous speed on I-25. Weaving in and out of the express lane and other lanes, cutting off drivers, going over 100 mph, without even using turn signals in the least. Sep 29, 2022 @ 8:35pm on I-25 southbound heading out of castle rock. I reported this driver to the police. I will not use this company nor would I ever recommend them. I couldn't imagine an employee valueing their work on the job if they don't even value their own lives or the people around them. Sad.

My truck looks amazing after getting hit with some major hail. When I brought it home, my son thought I had had the whole truck painted. Extremely wonderful, polite and professional staff. They worked directly with my insurance to help ensure that my truck was completely covered, and covered my deductible. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I dropped by to discuss fixing a fairly big (2 or 3 inch) dent in my car's roof. Lance and another gentleman took a look, and with full confidence walked me through how they would handle fixing a dent that was not only in an awkward spot but also on an asthetic ridge across the panels surface. They gave me a very reasonable quote, which was honestly much better than some other shops I had visited to get other opinions. They didnt pile on additional costs for unnecessary things, or do anything they didnt have to, in order to get my problem solved. The affected area looks brand new, as if nothing had ever happened. Incredible quality! DentAGon has fixed my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee without painting on two occasions. One occasions was severe hail damage. One was an 8 inch dent n the fender front someone falling onto the car. Both times the "repair" came out flawless. The car looks brand new and we still have the advantage of retaining the factory paint. DentAGon creates miracles!

Brought my car here for the second time for hail damage repair and wouldn't bring it anywhere else. They are so friendly and down to earth. The first time I had severe damage and the car was in the shop for a few weeks getting the roof replaced (and other parts). The owner was patient and transparent about how long things were taking. The second time the damage is much more minor but again he's transparent and very trustworthy. Highly recommend this business.

I used your website to schedule an appointment. I received a call back a few days later but was not available to take the call. I returned the call at the number provided but no one answered. I attempted to call every hour for 8 hours and no one answered. I decided to leave a message to call me back so I could schedule an appointment but did not hear anything. I have my $9,000 insurance check and am trying to get my truck repaired from the recent hail storm, but apparently you are not interested in my money. I suggest that you hire someone to answer phones, or tell Lance to follow up with people that used the on-line scheduler if you are not going to answer the phone.

Completely Impressed. I bought a used car that needed some small dents removed before I took to body shop for a fender replacement. A few of the dents were on body crease lines. The dents were removed and even the crease dents were next to invisible. I just knew where to look. I wish I had taken before and after pics. The work was performed in a very timely manner and the price is definitely reasonable and better then many other service places. I will use their services again if I need it. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for PDR. They did a great job, very fast and worked directly with my insurance company so that I didn't have to. Then they went above and beyond by helping me deal with my finance company after they demanded proof of the repairs. It took weeks, but they stuck it through with me until everything was settled. Dentagon gets a perfect 10 for how they took care of our family SUV! Lance and Heather and the team did an excellent job. Gave an accurate quote, worked with insurance, and did the job in under a week. I had extensive hail damage and did not think our Honda would ever be the same. I cannot see any indication of hail damage. They also fixed the everyday dings on the doors. If you want friendly and no-nonsense service at a great price, go with Dentagon.

With all the hail storms and a couple of non-hail related vehicle repairs we've had multiple insurance claims this past couple of years. So many that our insurance company was going to drop us if we had just one more. Our 2018 Subaru Crosstrek had recent hail damage but we obviously couldn't file a claim. After an exhaustive search for a repair shop that would work a cash deal with us we chose Dentagon. Lance and his team took on the task for a very affordable price. We picked up our car yesterday and were totally amazed. It's as if there was never any damage at all. Do yourself a favor. Everyone, especially Lance was great. He was very honest. He explained what can be done and what can not be done. He was not telling just stories, simply he is honest. I was not expecting that good of an outcome after the hail storm we had here. My 2017 car looks brand new now. Very fast process and they take care of all the paperwork with the insurance. I had been on a waiting list at a collision repair shop for 7 months for hail damage on my truck. I contacted Lance, and my vehicle was in his shop less than a week later. He kept me informed, worked with my insurance company, and he and his crew did an outstanding job in repairing my truck. I would use Dentagon again in a heartbeat.

My car is a new used Kia Sportage...the hail damage was fixed quickly and they even cleaned it on the inside! They did better detail on my car then Kia did when I bought the vehicle.. Bottom line they were able to get me in without waiting months and had my car done fast.. Over all I am pleased with my vehicle and would recommend them to anyone ..and I am currently working with my car insurance to have them put on the preferred hail shop list!

What an amazing experience with Dentagon. I took my 2015 black Dodge Challenger to these guys and received nothing but extremely professional service. From the estimate to the finishing product Lance and his extremely skilled professional technicians took great care of me and my baby. I drop my car off with a lot of hail damage and got it back looking like it just rolled off of the assembly line. Here we go another glowing review about these guys! Man I can say so many great things about the entirety of the staff and how awesome Lance is but I will cut to the chase. I was put on a huge waiting list at another hail repair place after that HUGE hail storm we had last year. No problem figured that would be the case. Time came and went and I never recieved a call. I'm not going to put them on blast, but they really inconvenienced me being as I had already waited 7 months to get my car LOOKED at. I called and they told me they had no record of me being on a list. I showed them the cards I got and asked them to look for my claim paper work. They found them. I decided to pull my appointment being turned off to how they handled the whole situation. Lance was the first and last guy I talked to! They got my car in pretty quick and finished it with time to spare on my rental. And they even worked through that blizzard we had recently. All in all my experience was nothing short of awesome and my car looks like it did before baseballs fell from the sky. THANK YOU DENTAGON TEAM! I have never felt compelled to write a review about a body shop until I dealt with Lance and his excellent team at Dentagon. My vehicle was nearly totaled during this past hail storm in Colorado Springs and most body shops were not accepting any more vehicles. I was on a limited time frame and Lance assured me that he could get it done in time and restore my vehicle back to it's original condition. Fast forward to the present day: my vehicle looks like it is brand new. I can't recommend Lance and his team at Dentagon enough; if you're looking for a body shop, look no further.

Smooth process from start to finish, I just dropped off my keys and about a week later it was ready to be picked up. Like a lot of other folks my truck was hit hard by the hail storm we had here in the Springs recently. I had my truck for almost one month the night/morning of the storm. After getting it looked at by insurance I started looking around for a hail repair center. Dentagon was mentioned to me by a buddy that works at an auto collision center in Pueblo. I took my truck in and Lance and his crew took care of every need I had. That is not the reason I give them 5 stars. The reason for my 5 star review is the craftsmanship of the repair they accomplished on my truck. It looks brand new!!! I could not be happier with the detail that his crew put into my truck and the results were amazing. I took a buddy over with me that was witness to the before and after and even he was blown away. Don't hesitate when thinking about taking your car or truck here for any type of repair, just do it!!!

Lance was very professional and courteous. He was able to fix my wife's car in a timely fashion and get us back on the road. The quality of work is phenomenal and he took care of everything. We didn't have to bother with the insurance company after that and all was handled by him. It was nice to have him look after everything and keep me informed in the process. He held to the date that the car would be done. Additionally, he was able to have the window company come and replace the windshield. Another nice touch was we had inquired about window tint the day the car was supposed to be ready and he was able to get this done for us and have it back to us all within the scheduled time frame. After the hail storm in July I needed my vehicle repaired. After meeting with Lance from Dentagon, he told me that the job would be done in approximately a week. Lance delivered on his promise. If not for a delay in parts delivery from the dealer, it would have been done earlier. A very professional job. It is as if the storm did not happen. I highly recommend Dentagon in Motor City.

Great company to work with for hail damage repair! Almost perfect! They worked with my insurance to get a fair price, made sure i didn't have to pay my deductible out if pocket, and gave me $250 cash back in the end! They even paid for my rental car! The only flaws were that they originally planned 3 days to fix my car, but it actually took 6 due to communicating with my insurance (Allstate); and i also notice a few (3 or so) spots on my hood with a slightly different finish to the paint. Granted my car is black so every detail/flaw stands out. I imagine they tried to buff out a few small scratches from the hail with limited success. But there is no evidence of any dents, and it was nice having the free rental car for a week even though i dont have a rental car agreement with my insurance.

Took my truck into Dentagon with $5,000 in hail damage. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and picked it up Wednesday afternoon - it looks just as good as it did before the storm.

My truck had suffered pretty severe hail damage to the hood about 2 years ago. I had been procrastinating on getting it fixed when a friend recommended Lance Koss at Dentagon. I decided to take my truck in and get an estimate. Lance was very friendly and professional so I decided to schedule an appointment to get it repaired. I was completely blown away by how awesome my truck looked after he got done with it. I thought I was going to have to replace the hood and have it painted but he was able to get all the dents out and make it look like it was right off the showroom floor. I would definitely use Dentagon again and plan on referring my friends and family to them. They did a great job.
