If you've already filed your claim, schedule your free inspection and bring your insurance estimate to Dentagon. Can I get Deductible Assistance if I’m using insurance for my hail repair?

By |2026-09-09T14:27:37-06:00September 9th, 2026||

Dentagon offers up to $500 in Deductible Assistance on qualifying hail damage repairs. Dentagon's current eligibility terms state that the final insurance estimate must include at least $2,500 in Paintless Dent Repair, and the offer does not apply to conventional repairs. Additional limitations apply, so our team can determine whether your repair qualifies.

What should I bring to Dentagon if I’ve already received an insurance estimate?

By |2026-09-09T14:26:34-06:00September 9th, 2026||

Bring your insurance estimate and claim information along with your vehicle. Dentagon will perform a detailed hail damage inspection and compare what we find with the insurance company's estimate. If additional covered damage or necessary repair procedures are identified, we'll explain what happens next.

Do I have to use the repair shop recommended by my insurance company?

By |2026-09-09T14:26:15-06:00September 9th, 2026||

No. Your insurance company may recommend a repair facility or provide a list of shops in its network, but you can choose the repair facility you trust. You can choose Dentagon even if your insurance company recommends another shop, and we'll work with the insurer on the repair-related portions of your claim.

What is an insurance supplement for hail damage?

By |2026-09-09T14:25:59-06:00September 9th, 2026||

An insurance supplement is additional repair documentation submitted when covered damage or necessary repair procedures are identified that weren't included in the original insurance estimate. Supplements are a normal part of the insurance repair process. Dentagon can prepare the repair documentation and communicate with your insurance company when a supplement is necessary.

What if my insurance company’s estimate is lower than the actual repair cost?

By |2026-09-09T14:25:42-06:00September 9th, 2026||

The insurance company's first estimate isn't necessarily the final repair amount. A detailed inspection may reveal hail damage or necessary repair procedures that weren't included initially. When appropriate, Dentagon can document those items and submit a supplemental estimate to your insurance company for review.

Can Dentagon work directly with my insurance company?

By |2026-09-09T14:25:25-06:00September 9th, 2026||

Yes. Once you choose Dentagon for your hail damage repair, our team can communicate with your insurance company regarding the repair-related portions of your claim. This can include reviewing the insurer's estimate, documenting additional covered damage or necessary repair procedures, preparing supplements when appropriate, and coordinating the repair process.
